Outcome of Having Cramping tummy

I woke up late this morning and right after that I eat my breakfast. But then my cramping and aching tummy strikes again. It gets me when I have my monthly sickness because besides uncomfortable I feel like I want to collapse. I am thinking to call my doctor again an set an appointment. It's been over a year since my surgery in the uterus and I don't know why I have bad cramping again. I hope nothing is serious though. But there's still good outcome of having cramping tummy because I finish my crocheted hat and started my crochet head dress. What's up?
