Planning to Get a House

My friend who live in North Carolina called me the other week and she told me about their plan to get a house. They are renting an apartment right now and she said that this is the right time to buy a house because it's low. Then there's this nice house that they wanted to get but they didn't win the offer. I don't have much information about real state but now I have a clue. I open the best raleigh nc real estate and I will tell her about this site. So she can check it  out.
