Sleeping Problem

As what I've said that I have problem going back to sleep. I don't know if that's insomnia, maybe not. But I know a friend that have insomnia and she told me that she took sleeping pills so it helps here to sleep. There were lots of sleeping pills out there but this ambien is a prescription drug used to treat insomnia and not only that it help some brain disorders too.
