Take a Break

It's feels great when I accomplished something. I sewed 3 pillowcase dresses and now it's ready to go out. I know that I love sewing but when I sew straight for 4-6 hours my back is killing me. So now I learned that I don't need to work straight with out break. Though sometimes I don't want to take a break not until my work is done. But I have to rest for a little bit or else my back is complaining.
