I sent set of polka dot pink dress and cloth diaper for my friends daughter when she's few months old. Now she's wearing the dress as top and the cloth diaper still fits to her because it's adjustable and has Velcro on it. Though cloth diaper is little tight to her legs according to her mom but it's not so bad. That's good of pillowcase dress because it's versatile. It can be wear as top and pair it with pants when the girl grow on it.
