Windy and Cloudy Day

When I wake up this morning I am a little bit cold. It's windy and when I peep our window it is cloudy outside. It mean it's little cold and it's uncomfortable for me when it is below 70 degrees. I always have a cold feet and hands so I wore my jacket most of the time. I can not understand why I am cold blooded person.I really tried not to wear my jacket or anything to cover my body besides my clothes oh my! my back is sore. I went to the doctor for that and he just said that I belong to cold blooded individual so I need to warm myself always. So cold for me is not fun at all especially for this coming winter grrrr...I don't like it. I just get zealous of my husband because he always sweating and warm even during winter season. So he end up wearing a sleeveless inside the house during cold season but not me.
