Frustration Turns to Laughter

Hubby is complaining every time he went to his doctor. They let him wait for 30 min. -1 hour before he can see his doctor. I just told him to be patient to wait maybe there's lot of patients.
Today, I went with him to his doctor for his physical check up. We entered the hospital at 4:05 in the after noon. But his schedule is 4:30 p.m because they wanted him to come earlier. So, we waited in the lobby that the incharge call hubby's name. At last they called hubby's name so we entered in one of the room to see the doctor but unfortunately we waited again to see the doctor for more than an hour. Hubby started to complain that why they asked him to come earlier while he can see his doctor after 1 hour or more most of the time when he go to his doctor. I just try to divert his complain and change the topic so he would not be frustrated while we waited. I just teased him maybe the doctor want every patient to settle down their blood pressure first before he wanted to see each of them. So the doctor has to wait an hour to meet his patient.
To make the waiting of 1 hr and a half short I did a lot of diversion and we did not almost notice that the doctor is at the door because we keep on laughing in our jokes. Hubby wanted to see a different doctor but he like his doctor because he's a very good doctor but the only complain he said: he let him wait for 1 hr or more before he can see him. I just told him to just deal with it if he wants him to be his doctor. Well, that's all for today.
