Terrible Stomach Pain

I had a terrible stomach pain yesterday and today. I stay in bed since yesterday afternoon until this afternoon. My lower back is very sore and the pain in my stomach is killing me. Oh my! I don't like that feeling and it's not fun at all to have a terrible stomach ache. Most of the women if not all could understand what I mean. It's called a monthly sickness. I just wonder if some women feel what I feel every month and what did they do when they experience cramps and pain. By the way, I'm feel better now and there's nothing to worry about.
